Propaganda poster about gender wage gap.

Women started to work in around 1900 to 1930, and the famous poster Rosie the Riveter was created in 1943, as a symbol of women replacing male workers who went to the military. And on my poster, I choose her as my subject, cropped her face to suit in the context of a coupon.
